Questão 97008

A user skims a webpage that has a large, bold headline: 'Global Supply Chain Braces for Impact as New Maritime Fuel Regulations Take Effect'. The first paragraph discusses rising shipping costs, and the last paragraph mentions a push towards 'greener logistics solutions'. The body contains several images of cargo ships and a graph with a steeply rising trend line labeled 'Operational Expenditures'. What is the most plausible purpose of this webpage, as determined by skimming?
