Materials designed for ESP courses should

Alternativa A:
concentrate on presenting one particular language skill at a time, and organize it in tasks in increasing levels of difficulty.
Alternativa B:
narrow down the focus of instruction so as to address particular needs of the learner.
Alternativa C:
be restricted to teaching mature learners, since they are more autonomous to follow the methodologies proposed.
Alternativa D:
focus on intermediate and advanced level students with consistent previous experience in ‘general English’.

give full priority to reading activities, especially those aiming at developing scanning and skimming.
